01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the bk3 platform, including visitors who browse without registering and registered players who deposit and play. Your continued use of bk3 after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

BK3 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address or contact number associated with their account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read alongside the bk3 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bk3.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the bk3 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BK3 does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing bk3 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a bk3 employee or contractor.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the bk3 platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the bk3 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account. BK3 uses this information to process withdrawals and verify your identity — providing false details will prevent you from accessing your winnings.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. BK3 will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact bk3 support immediately at [email protected].

• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party.
• You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account.
• BK3 recommends enabling two-factor authentication for additional security.
• Inactive accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳50, deducted from any remaining balance.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bk3 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). BK3 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No other payment methods are currently accepted.

Deposits are credited to your bk3 account instantly upon confirmation from the mobile banking provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though bk3 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits.

Withdrawals are processed to the mobile banking account registered to your bk3 profile. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within a few hours. BK3 does not charge fees on withdrawals, though your mobile banking provider may apply their standard transaction charges.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking account used for deposits.
• BK3 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Funds deposited via bKash must be withdrawn to bKash; the same applies to Nagad and Rocket.
• BK3 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal back to your account balance if verification requirements are not met within 72 hours of the request.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

BK3 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is made. The general principles below apply to all bk3 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which means you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first when placing bets, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• BK3 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or exploiting promotional mechanics — will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts suspended.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the bk3 platform — including live dealer games, RNG-based games, and specialty titles — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet in any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game.

BK3's RNG-based games use certified random number generation technology that has been independently tested to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from physical tables using physical cards, dice, or other game equipment. The outcome of every live game is determined by the physical result visible on the live stream.

In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or stream interruption — bk3 will attempt to resolve the round based on available game data. If a round cannot be resolved, bets placed in that round will be refunded to the player's account balance. BK3's decision on technical disputes is final.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player.
• BK3 publishes Return to Player (RTP) figures for all games. These represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Game results are logged and stored. BK3 can provide game history to players upon request.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk3 platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with bk3 games or the platform interface.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are not valid and will be reversed.
• Using the bk3 platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the bk3 platform or its games.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bk3 staff or other players.

08 Responsible Gaming

BK3 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take our responsibility to help players stay in control seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all bk3 players from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your bk3 account.

• BK3 retains account and transaction data for a minimum of five years in accordance with standard financial record-keeping requirements.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bk3 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of BK3 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any bk3 content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of bk3 intellectual property may result in legal action.

The bk3 name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of BK3. Use of these trademarks without written authorisation is prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

BK3 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bk3 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from technical failures, provided bk3 has followed its standard dispute resolution procedure.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Any interruption to service caused by factors outside bk3's reasonable control, including internet outages, mobile banking provider downtime, or force majeure events.

12 Account Suspension and Closure

BK3 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• The account holder has provided false registration information.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder or a third party acting on their behalf.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account closure.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at your own request — your remaining balance will be returned to your registered mobile banking account after standard verification checks.

13 Changes to These Terms

BK3 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered players via their registered contact details and display a notice on the bk3 platform for a reasonable period before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the bk3 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

Minor changes — such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not materially affect your rights — may be made without prior notice.
